Refund policy


Main Policy:

All sales are final. Since products are custom-printed specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or process refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. A specific size chart is listed with each product to prevent incorrect sizing. 

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund.

Claims for defective or misprinted items must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. 

To qualify for a refund or a free replacement on a damaged or misprinted item, the customer must provide:

Photographic Evidence: Clear photos or a video showing the defect, misprint, or damage.

Original Condition: The item must be unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging.
